We had a fantastic safari and our guide played a huge part in making it such a great experience. He was incredibly dedicated, attentive, and very friendly. You could immediately tell how much experience and knowledge he has about the animals and nature. Thanks to him, we were often the first to arrive at the best viewing spots. One of the highlights was that we managed to see 4 out of the Big Five during our drives. The last one, the leopard, we were even able to spot on an evening game drive – which was truly unforgettable. In addition to the Big Five, he showed us many other animals and explained a lot about them. We saw crocodiles, monkeys, hyenas, giraffes, and hippos, among others. His explanations were very interesting and easy to understand, which made the safari even more special. Overall, it was an amazing experience that we will never forget. We can highly recommend him as a guide!

Just a fabulous, off the charts safari trip with Daniel. Lots of great animals - great insights into the ecology, 3 days of bliss. Surpassed my wildest expectations. We had an incredible experiences with a herd of 25ish elephants one afternoon - it was just the three of us in one vehicle and 25 elephants - surrounding us - no other vistors. He know the best times are away from the crowds. This 2 hours of elephants was as close to heaven as you can image. I see the experience nearly every day... Probably the best 3 days possible. Daniel is so warm and thoughtful - he cares about the earth. We continue to communicate and share thoughts about land preservation in the US and around the world.

We did a customised version of the 2-day safari in November 2025 with Daniel as our guide. The safari was really great, and we got to see plenty of wildlife. We saw lots of elephants, rhinos, buffalos, giraffes, antelopes, hippos, and more. All on a close distance. Daniel is a very professional and caring guide. He is extremely knowledgeable in all kinds of animals, and knows where all the best spots are for meeting the wildlife. Highly recommend this tour! Or for that matter the 1- and 3-day tours, which should be equally good

We booked the 2-day tour with Daniel and were very satisfied! The tour and Daniel were great! Daniel picked us up in Kigali and took very good care of us during the 2 days. We learned a lot about the animals in Akagera Park. Among other things, we saw lions, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, buffalos, elephants, and baboons. We highly recommend the tour!
